Pulaski County Libraries' materials are available to all residents of Pulaski County and the surrounding area. A patron needs a valid library card in order to check out library material. A new card registration is temporary and permits patrons to check out two items.  A post card will be mailed to the new patron. This post card must be returned to the library in order to obtain the permanent library card. The first card is free. If it is lost, there will be a replacement fee of $2.00. A patron must have his/her library card in order to check out materials, including computers. A Pulaski County Library System card will be honored at both the Pulaski County Library in Pulaski and the Free Memorial Library in Dublin. Materials may be checked out for two weeks and renewed for another two weeks if there are no reserves on the item. Items may be renewed on or before the due date. Videos may be checked out for three days and may also be renewed by phone if they are not overdue. Computers may be checked out for use in the library.   No renewal of any overdue materials is permitted.
