Pulaski County Libraries' materials are available to all residents of Pulaski County and the surrounding area. A patron needs a valid library card in order to check out library material, including computers. A patron must have a valid picture ID with a current mailing address with them to apply for a library card. The first card is free. There is a replacement fee of $2.00 for lost or stolen cards. A Pulaski County Library System card will be honored at both the Pulaski County Library in Pulaski and the Free Memorial Library in Dublin. Materials may be checked out for two weeks and renewed for another two weeks if there are no reserves on the item. Videos may be checked out for three days and may also be renewed by phone. Computers may be checked out for use in the library for a two hour session.
